Our Staff
Each program participant is supported by a core treatment team that consists of a Clinical Case Manager, a Psychotherapist, and a Residential Counselor/Support Worker. The team is supplemented by the Spruce Mountain Inn Consulting Psychiatrist, Vocational/Educational Coordinator and a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. Most clinical staff serve as leaders of the groups that are part of the program. Staff is on duty through the night at the Inn and are available by telephone during the night to participants in the Independent Living Program. Generally, we have 23 clinical staff serving approximately 25 clients enrolled in our Residential and Independent Living Programs.
