Individual
All clients of the Spruce Mountain Inn Program receive individual treatment during their stay from a combination of the professional resources available on-site and their own assigned multidisciplinary treatment team.
Components of individual treatment include:
- Case Management services to assist clients in setting specific goals, organizing resources to achieve those goals, benefiting from the structure of the program and managing transitions
- Support Work to assist with activities of daily living, which may include: scheduling, money management, shopping, transportation, weekly goals, etc.
- Psychotherapy generally occurs weekly. A second weekly session may be available.
- Psychiatric evaluation, treatment, psychopharmacology and overview by our consulting psychiatrist as needed. Increased psychiatry for clients on sub-acute status.
- On-site Substance Abuse Treatment and education
- Individual Check-Ins are scheduled nightly during the first two weeks of one’s stay at the Inn, followed by four weeks of two check-ins weekly. Check-ins are intended to help folks develop relationships with staff and become comfortable asking for support.
