Comprehensive treatment. We offer a balance of therapeutic/psychiatric intervention, vocational development, substance abuse treatment and skills training in the context of a supportive community.

High level of structure. Initially, a client's day is structured with a variety of therapeutic groups and activities. Later, days include internships, classes and/or competitive work placements in the community in addition to treatment components.

Multi-disciplinary treatment team. A case manager, psychotherapist, support worker, vocational coordinator and psychiatrist each meet with program participants to work on specific treatment goals. Substance abuse treatment is included for individuals with co-occurring disorders.

Evidence based practice modalities: These include but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral and Interpersonal Psychotherapies, Client and Family Psycho-Education, Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment, Relapse Prevention Training, Medication Management, DBT Skills Training, and Supported Employment.
